Things people ask before they call

Is the first call really free?

Yes. The call costs nothing and you're not committing to anything. It's how we work out what you need and whether we're the right fit.

Do you deliver, or do I have to come to Saguache?

Both. You can pick up lumber or a cabin at our yard at 46231 County Road X, or we can deliver to your property in the regions we serve. Call us with your location and we'll tell you if we cover it.

My land is remote or hard to reach. Can you still help?

Probably. We've delivered a home and shed onto a bare dirt lot in the middle of nowhere, and built a home in the woods on difficult terrain. Tell us about your site on the call.

How long does a home take?

Usually a few months, depending on the size and design of the home and on the site. We'll give you a realistic timeline for your project during planning.

Can I just buy lumber for my own project?

Absolutely. Homeowners, builders, and DIYers buy rough-cut lumber from us all the time. Call ahead to check what's in stock.

When can I visit the yard?

Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. We're closed on weekends.
